It was a bit more like Spring on Sunday at Hoghton Tower. it rained a little bit but then it was almost sunny and a lot less cold. We were selling soup, black peas and the new years ice creams. We'll be back next month. There were a lot of people at the market but it was a bit quiet round dinner time which worried us, luckily we did lots of sales nearer the end. Phew.
We did a new market on Sunday at Haughton Green near Denton. We were selling cheese and cheese and potato bakes. It was a nice little market on the village green, and was pretty busy as it was a lovely sunny day.
We were back at Romiley for the first market of the year there. It was wet and cold but we still did fine. Thanks everyone! We were selling Lancashire cheese, cheese and potato bakes and macaroni cheese.
