Making Ice Cream Photos

Here is the fruit for apricot and plum ice creams before I add the cream.

Caton Farmers Market - June

Caton Farmers Market was very good again this month. We were selling cheese, ice cream and our new red pepper and cheese and spinach and cheese pasties. Thanks everyone! We'll be at Caton Gala next Saturday with cheese and ice cream so I hope its sunny this year, or at least not pouring down.

Marple Farmers Market - May

Marple was very good this month. It was a lovely sunny and hot day. We sold all our goats and sheeps cheese and all our ice cream except for some vanilla. We'll be back next month!

Hornby Farmers Market - May

Hornby was a bit quiet this month but we did well. We were selling our new spinach and cheese, and red pepper, tomato and cheese mini-pasties. I'll make some more for Caton next Saturday.

Hoghton Tower Farmers Market - May

Another quiet Hoghton Tower this month. At least there was no rain or wind. I really hope its sunny next month so I can sell a decent quantity of ice cream.

Hoghton Tower Farmers Market - April

Hoghton Tower was going well until about half eleven when it started to rain and everyone ran off. Oh well, we'll be back next month.

Caton Farmers Market - April

Caton Farmers Market started on Saturday, it's going to be the first Saturday of every month. We were selling cheese, cheese and onion pasties, cheese and potato bakes and ice cream. It went very well and was really busy, thanks everyone! Luckily it was a lovely sunny day and was actually warm for the first time this year, I didn't have to wear a coat...
