Harpers Lane Allotment Open Day
We were very worried about the Harpers Lane Allotments Open Day this year as the forecast was for ex hurricane Bertha to bring us terrible weather all day and we thought no one would come. Luckily the rain eased at twelve and then it even went nice and sunny for an hour or two. Lots of people came along and it was a great day, until the rain returned at three. We sold lots of ice cream and cheese. Thanks everyone for coming along!
Romiley Farmers Market - August
It was a miserable day for weather for Romiley Market this month. Sadly it was very quiet as not many people came out. We'll try again next month. The Stockport Ukulele Players were playing and were a good laugh. There were a lot of them.
