It was cold and windy for the Cuerden Valley Easter Market but we had a good day in the end after a slow slightly worrying start. I had forgot that people don't want soup and black peas for breakfast, they want them for dinner. We were selling soup, black peas and ice cream. There was a decent crowd and things to do, so it was cool. Thanks everyone!
The weather was bad in the morning for the Summer Fair. It was cold and rained really heavily. Luckily it stopped about half eleven so some people came out, and there had been a 10k run and some of the runners and watchers came to see the fair too. We did well on our hot soup and black peas, not so much on the ice cream. We had a decent day in the end considering the weather, if it had been sunny it would have been really good.
We were back at Cuerden Valley for the first time this year for their Easter market. It was a lovely sunny day and we did well on our ice cream and sold some soup and black peas. It was pretty busy.

Sadly Cuerden Valley was very quiet this month. We were selling black peas, hot soup and ice cream. I'm going to have a couple of months off and then see if it gets better again.
We were back at Cuerden valley on Sunday for their first market of the year. For a change it was sunny, though it was still windy and managed to break one of my signs with a big gust. It was very quiet until one o clock when it picked up and we did quite well in the end. We were selling soup, black peas and ice cream and we sold a few cheese and potato bakes too.
