Cuerden Valley Farmers Market - March

It was a very nice sunny day at Cuerden Valley this month. They had moved to their new spot next to the fancy new eco cafe at the top of the car parks. At first we were worried as it was very quiet (maybe because the clocks had gone forward) but then it got busy and we sold plenty of soup and black peas. We'll be back next month.

Romiley Food on Friday

We were at Romiley last night for the Romiley Food on Friday event. We were selling macaroni cheese and ice cream (for the first time this year). Thanks everyone who bought something! It was a surprisingly warm evening. We didn't get home till eleven due to loads of roadworks on the M60 so that was very tiring.

Hoghton Tower Farmers market - March

It was a very cold and snowy day at Hoghton Tower today after the big storm. Thanks everyone who came and bought something! We'll be back at both the markets in April., Easter Monday and the normal date of the the third Sunday in the month.

Cuerden Valley Farmers market - February

It was a lovely sunny day at Cuerden Valley today and the market went very well. Thanks everyone who came along! We sold a lot of our chunky vegetable and herb soup.

Hoghton Tower Farmers market - February

Hoghton Tower was quiet this month and there was an icy wind. It didn't rain though. We'll be back next month with black peas and a new soup.

New Sign for markets

I've been painting a new two sided sign for markets. Now I have to varnish it next week.

Romiley Farmers Market - February

We were back at Romiley on Saturday selling Lancashire cheese, cheese and potato bakes and macaroni cheese. It rained all day long but it was still a good day, thanks everyone who braved the weather! We'll be back all the rest of the months of the year.
