Hoghton Tower Farmers Market - October

 It was very busy at Hoghton Tower on Sunday. We sold all our black peas and soup and only took home four ice creams. Next time I'll bring more black peas, I was surprised how busy it was. 

'Mine is Yours' Festival Lancashire Mining Museum

 We were at the Lancashire Mining Museum at Astley Green on Saturday for their 'Mine is Yours' festival. We were selling black peas and hot soup. It was a really good event, with lots of bands, guided tours and stalls. Thanks everyone who bought something, we had a good day and enjoyed it, apart from it being very windy.

Harpers Lane Allotments Summer Show

 It was a bit quiet at the Harpers Lane Allotments Summer Show this year. It went sunny and hot and didn't rain so that was good. We were selling cheese, bakes and ice cream. Thanks everyone who came and bought something! 

New Higham Scarecrow Festival

 It was quieter than the May festival at New Higham but we still had a good day on the Bank Holiday Monday. It was a bit grey and cold but it didn't rain at all. We were selling Lancashire cheese, bakes and ice cream. Thanks everyone! 

Cuerden Valley market - August

 Cuerden was good this month. It was a lovely sunny day. We sold lots of soup, black peas and ice cream. We'll be back in October. Thanks everyone! 

Wigan and Leigh Hospice Garden party

 We were at the Wigan and Leigh Hospice Garden party on Saturday. It was a good day even though it drizzled a lot. We were selling cheese, bakes and cheese and onion pasties. 

Hoghton Tower Farmers Market - July

 We had a very good day at Hoghton Tower Farmers Market on Sunday. We did alright on the soup and black peas and sold a lot of ice cream. We had whinberry ice cream that I picked myself on the hills. We'll be back next month.
